Namesake

As I snuggled my son Marcus (4) in bed this morning, I was comforted and inspired to pray that God would grow in my little Marcus the kind of character Marc had.  I can see now that stories about Marc will be a regular part of shaping Marcus, as I continue to talk with him about the man we chose as his namesake and Godfather 4 years ago.  And as I watch Marcus grow, I will always know that some of the good I see in him is part of Marc's legacy.
